AND CONDITIONS:
1.
The recipient of a Companion Fare Voucher is entitled
to purchase one adult round-trip, coach-class airline fare when
the published airfares are over $350 (low season) and $390 (high
season) and receive a Companion ticket.
2.
To qualify for the complimentary companion fare, the
minimum available published coach class airfare (on one of the
major participating U.S. carriers) must be over $350 during low
season (9/15-1/15) or over $390 during high season (1/16-9/14).
Fares lower than $350 (low season) or $390 (high season) do not
qualify for this offer. This offer is valid between most major
airports within the 48 contiguous United States. Availability
to/from Alaska & Hawaii will be extremely limited and may
not be available during certain time & dates and seasonal
and Holiday periods. All travel is subject to individual carriers
capacity controls and may be limited/unavailable for certain flights
& dates. Under the terms of this offer, all tickets must be
purchased through the issuing agency identified on the Voucher
and must be used by 12/15/05.
3. Companion Fare Voucher is transferable only
prior to making an airline reservation. Hours of operation of
issuing agency: Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM CST.
4. Travel must be by both passengers traveling
together on the same itinerary.
5. Companion Fare Voucher may not be combined
with or applied to other certificates, promotions or special offers,

six (6) months of travel but must be purchased at least 21 days
in advance and may require a Saturday night stay. Open tickets,
open returns, open jaws and circle trips are not permitted. Stopovers
are not allowed. Roundtrip travel must be completed within 30
days.
7. Selection
of the airline varies by market, and is at the sole discretion
of the issuing agency based on availability because airline participation
varies from market to market.
8. Fares apply to the base fare only. The normal
